Shipping within Canada

We use Canada Post as our shipping partner.  Canadian orders are shipped via standard Canada Post within 24-72 hours.  You should expect your package between 4 to 8 business day from shipment date.  International shipping time may be a little longer, however all of our packages have a tracking number and it will be sent to you when the order is shipped.  Delivery times are estimated as an average so there can be additional delays. We cannot guarantee delivery dates or assume any responsibility for delivery times.  We trust that our shipping partners will get your items to you in time.

Check with your local retailer to see if they carry the K9 Clean Portable Pet Shower.

Online – Canada and US

Return or exchange an item – our 100% money back guarantee If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item. Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 30 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

K9 Clean does not assume any shipping costs or duties on exchanges.  Any additional shipping charges incurred when shipping an exchange back to us will be the customer’s responsibility.  We will then send the exchanged item to you via Canada Post at no additional cost to you.

Online – International:

Unfortunately we are unable to offer International exchanges at this time.  The shipping and related charges often work out to be more than the cost of the item itself.

Item Availability:

Our inventory may be subject to change, despite our best efforts to keeping inventory accurate. This seldom happens however in the event that it does, you will be notified shortly after placing your order and you will be refunded for the payment amount.

Loss of Package:

We don’t have control of goods once they have been shipped,  Our shipping partners, Canada Post, always do their best to locate any lost shipments.  Although this rarely happens, we always recommend that you use the tracking number provided to you.
